:: SUPER STEREO SURF ::

Ha poucos dias, falei de uma banda de Los Angles (Fidlar) que faz Surf Music, e hoje quero falar de uma banda do planalto Central Brasileiro, Super Stereo Surf, banda de Brasília que faz do clima seco e da paisagem árida do cerrado a fonte de inspiração para a criar muito rock ou surf rock ou surf music. Qualidade é algo incontestável, criatividade e bom humor está no DNA de cada componente.

A rapaziada que forma a Super Sterio Surf é -Harrisson Surf (guitarra),  Alex Maraskin (guitarra), Barata (Bateria) e Márcio Rock (baixo).  Lançaram em 2009 pela Monstro Discos o álbum “Antes do Baile”. Disco cheio de energia musical e bom humor que se nota a cada faixa. Prova disso está nos títulos das músicas que são inspirados em filmes que eles gostam como “Corra Lola Corra”, “Te pego la fora” e “Curtindo a vida adoidado”.

Recentemente a banda conseguiu chamar a atenção na MTV e em várias partes do mundo, com o clipe ou “Gibi Clipe” feito para a música “Curtindo a vida adoidado”. Formato de vídeo pensado para ser visto em tablets e celulares.

De olho na banda, vale a pena conferir os passos e os shows da rapaziada.

In a few days, show you Los Angles band (Fidlar), Surf Music band and today I want to talk a banda the central Brazilian plateau.Super Stereo Surf , Brasília town (Brazil) that make the dry climate and arid landscape inspiration to create surf music. Quality is something undeniable, creativity and good humor is in the DNA of each component.

The guys who form the Super Stereo Surf is: Surf-Harrisson (guitar), Alex Maraskin (guitar), Roach (drums) and Márcio Rock (bass). Launched in 2009 by Monstro Discos, album " Antes do Baile “ (Before the Ball). Disk full of musical energy and good humor that note every track. The proof is in the titles of the songs are inspired by movies as they like “Corra Lola Corra”, “Te pego la fora” e “Curtindo a vida adoidado” (original movies names: “Run Lola Run”, “Three O'Clock High” and “Ferris Bueller's Day Off”) .

Recently the band managed to draw attention on MTV and various parts of the world, with the clip or "Comic Clip" done to the song "Curtindo a vida adoidado." Video Format thought to be seen in tablets and smart phones.

The Cleaners é uma banda Paulista, mais precisamente falando, são da cidade de Mauá, cidade a cerca de 30kms de São Paulo. A Banda é mais uma das muitas que lutam para criar, viabilizar, tocar e mostrar seu trabalho autoral. Com custos absorvidos pelos próprios bolsos dos integrantes, The Cleaners iniciou o trabalho do seu primeiro disco “Behind the Truth” em 2009, anos mais tarde o álbum fora lançado com 12 faixas 100% autoral.

Formada por Rodrigo Milk (composições, voz e guitarra), Duca Olimazzi (bateria), Erick Alves (guitarra) e Rodrigo Lima (voz e baixo) a banda traz influencias do rock britânico como: Nick Drake, The Flamingo Lips, Snow Patrol entre outras sonoridades vindas do velho mundo.

The Cleaners não é uma banda “igual”, ou não é “mais uma” banda, The Cleaners é uma banda “diferente” do que se está acostumado a ouvir em bandas nativas do Brasil. Isso torna as canções ainda mais agradáveis. Com músicas que emanam melodia e energia tanto por suas letras quanto pelos arranjos, um desenho bem resolvido que traduz uma sincronia fina entre sonoridade, poesia e vibração.

The Cleaners is a São Paulo’band, precisely speaking, is the town of Maua town, 30kms distant from São Paulo. The band is one of many who struggle to create, facilitate, play and show his original work. With costs absorbed by members, The Cleaners began work on the album "Behind the Truth" in 2009, years later the album was released with 12 tracks 100% copyright.

Formed by Rodrigo Milk (songwriting, vocals and guitar), Duca Olimazzi (drums), Erick Alves (guitar) and Rodrigo Lima (vocals and bass) the band brings British rock influences as Nick Drake, The Flamingo Lips, Snow Patrol among other sounds coming from the old world.

The band Cleaners is not the "same" or is not "another" band, The Cleaners is a “different” band than you're used to listening to bands native to Brazil. This makes the songs even more enjoyable. With music emanating melody and energy both for its lyrics and the arrangements, a design that translates well resolved synchrony between thin sounding, poetry and vibration.

Fidlar é uma banda despretensiosa e amante das coisas simples da vida, como andar de skate e tocar rock and roll. Nascida em Los Angeles, é formada por Zac (vocals, guitar), Brandon (bass), Elvis  (guitar, vocals), Max (drums).

 A história da banda começou a tocar em 2009, e acreditem, foi um acidente que os transformaram numa das novas sensações da surf music. O vazamento de suas demos fez nascer o primeiro EP da banda “DiyDui” e mais tarde com o crescimento dos pedidos lançam o “No Waves/No Ass” pela Mom+Pop em 2011. Trabalhos novos foram lançados em 2012 também.

A banda não tem muito material gravado, mas o que têm é genial e muita energia. Para quem gosta do gênero, uma boa dica para conseguir os álbuns dos garotos e ficar de olho nos novos lançamentos.

Fidlar is a band unpretentious and lover of the simple things in life, like skateboarding and playing rock and roll. Born in Los Angeles, is formed by Zac (vocals, guitar), Brandon (bass), Elvis (guitar, vocals), Max (drums).

 The story of the band began playing in 2009, and believe me, it was an accident that turned one of the new sensations of surf music. The leak of their demos birthed the band's first EP "DiyDui" and later with the growth of applications launch the "In Waves / In Ass" by Mom + Pop in 2011. New works were released in 2012 as well.

The band has not recorded many songs, but what is great and have lots of energy. For those who like the genre, a good tip to get the albums of the boys and keep an eye on new releases.

IN LOST FEST

Dia 1 de Dezembro o Blog IN LOST SIDES realizou um grande sonho, o de poder de alguma maneira colaborar com a cena do Rock Brasileiro. IN LOST SIDES não conseguiria isso sem o apoio de pessoas que também amam o que fazem assim como nós. Norton Bell, Vini Marmore, Digão, Nimbus Studios, Ricardo, Ponto Pro Rock, Art Show Comunicação Visual e E Comunicação Visual, foram algumas das figuras mais importantes que tornaram isso possível.

Foram meses de luta, de expectativa e preparativos e 4 bandas convidadas. Whyever, The John Candy, Nitrokill e The Luppies. Uma data mágica de muito Rock and Roll invadiu o Studio Nimbus, fazendo da noite de 1 de Dezembro um marco para a história da cena alternativa.

December 1st Blog IN LOST SIDES held a grand dream, help with a hard work the Brazilian rock scene. IN LOST SIDES not get it without the support of people who also love what they do as we are. Norton Bell, Vini Marmore, Digão, Nimbus Studios, Ricardo, Ponto Pro Rock, ArtShow and E Visual Communication, were some of the most important figures who have made this possible.

It took months of struggle, of expectation and preparation and 4 guest bands. Whyever, The John Candy, Nitrokill and The Luppies. A very magical date of Rock and Roll invaded Studio Nimbus, making the evening of December 1st a milestone in the history of the alternative scene.
