Hoje entro no clima das novidades e trago um artista relativamente novo no meio musical, porém com uma grande bagagem e que tem tudo para estourar esse ano... alias... já esta bem conceituado e em grande ascensao.
Jakwob, produtor, dj e multi instrumentista, nascido em Lincoln na Inglaterra, começou a fazer músicas aos 10 anos de idade e tocou em diversas bandas, chegou a tocar Jazz, Metal e Folk.... todo esse ecletismo resulta hoje em uma diversidade e uma grande criatividade em seu estilo musical atual o Dunstep (musica instrumental eletronica que mistura elementos do Dub dos anos 80), misturando Hip Hop, drum and bass, electro, breakbeat e Jazz resultando assim em ótimas composições muitas vezes em parceria com outros artistas.
Começou a ser conhecido em 2009 com o remix das músicas Starry Eyed e Under the Sheets de Ellie Goulding dai em diante começou a produzir vários remixes de musicas de varios artistas.
Em 2010 Jakwob lançou seu primeiro single Here With Me pelo seu proprio selo Boom Ting Recordings e em novembro do mesmo ano assinou contrato com a Mercury Records.
